I forgot my password. What should I do?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen. Enter your email address and a reset link will be sent to you. Check your inbox and spam folder.

Notifications aren't coming through. Why?

Make sure Frips has notification permission on your device. On iOS: Settings β†’ Frips β†’ Notifications β†’ Allow. On Android: Settings β†’ Apps β†’ Frips β†’ Notifications.

Can I add more than one furry buddy?

Yes. Tap the "+" button on the Dashboard to create a new furry buddy profile. Use the avatar picker at the top to switch between profiles.

How do I delete my account?

Go to the Profile tab β†’ Account Settings β†’ Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data and furry buddy profiles and cannot be undone.

Is my data safe?

All photos are stored encrypted on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure. Your personal data is never sold or used for advertising purposes.

The app is crashing or won't open.

Fully close the app and reopen it. If the issue persists, try reinstalling. If neither works, email support@frips.arfeus.com with your device model and OS version.
